Phase 2 runs down the Tug Fork River from Hemphill to the Mingo/McDowell County Line at Mohawk. Also included in this phase is a portion of Dry Fork from Iaeger to Bradshaw and a portion of Panther Creek, from its mouth approximately 5 miles upstream.
